Background

AgVance Marketing was formed in 2004 to streamline the supply of quality grain from the grower to the purchaser.  It is set up so that the transaction is transparent to all parties involved.  Our marketer is continually seeking to gain the best price in the  market on the day.  We are committed to supplying quality grain to the purchaser in a professional manner every time.

Market Information

AgVance Marketing sends SMS text messages direct to members mobile phones for instant market information and opportunities.

AgVance Marketing produces a weekly newsletter with topical local market information and details of prices for the week.  Membership of AgVance Marketing also includes a subscription to the highly respected weekly Profarmer Newsletter which is an invaluable independent commentary on the domestic and international grain markets.

Contracts

The contract is drawn up between AgVance Marketing, the buyer and the seller.  Payments are made immediately funds are received from the buyer.

Cost

All this is covered by an annual membership fee of $220.  Included in this cost the grower receives a subscription to the Profarmer  Newsletter, valued at $440.

When grain is sold through AgVance Marketing a flat fee is deducted to cover the cost of the marketer and company administration costs.  There is no commitment to sell to AgVance Marketing.
